Our client, a company in the finance and accounting services industry, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be part of the Accounting department supporting daily AP operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, adaptability to change, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Process high-volume PO and Non-PO invoices with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Enter invoices and credits into the Oracle AP module.
• Perform GL coding and PO matching for both Non-PO and PO entries.
• Contact vendors to resolve discrepancies and manage negative balances.
• Support additional accounting or AP-related projects as assigned.
