Travel Requirements : \n\nCOVID -19 vaccination required; medical or religious exemptions allowed upon request.\n\nCandidates with a taxable home address within 60 miles of the facility will receive a 10% reduced rate.\n\nFacility : UnityPoint Health – Traveler Role\n\nRole Overview : \n\nProvide professional nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team.\n\nMay float within the same discipline across local campuses.\n\nEMR : EPIC\n\nNational Board Orientation (NBO) : 16 hours\n\nCompensation & Pay : \n\nOT / Holiday : 1.15x multiplier\n\nCall Back : 1.15x multiplier (2-hour minimum)\n\nOn Call : $9 / hr\n\nCharge / Precept : $6 / hr\n\nOT Billable : \n\n36–40 hrs / week, OT after 40\n\n48 hrs / week, OT after 48\n\nHolidays 2025 : \n\nRequired to work 2 of 3 : Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s\n\nLimit of 1 day off between 11 / 26–11 / 30 and 12 / 23–1 / 2 for all travelers\n\nAdditional Info : \n\n“A Day in the Life” at UnityPoint Health : Link
