Advanced Sleep Management is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to oversee day-shift clinical, technical, and operational functions across regional sleep clinics. This role plays a key part in supporting our HSAT, MSLT, and Hypersomnolence programs, ensuring clinical excellence and alignment with business goals.

Location : Irving, TX (Primarily DFW Metroplex)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–4 : 30 PM (Some travel and flexible hours required)

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of daytime services including HSAT and MSLT / MWT studies
• Maintain and improve clinical workflows, training programs, and protocol compliance
• Manage HSAT inventory, reporting, and quality initiatives
• Provide patient education and ensure accurate documentation in EHR
• Support staff development, training, and scheduling
• Collaborate with internal leadership and external partners
