Seeking a Director of Social Services for a 16-bed inpatient psychiatric facility in Placerville, CA. The role involves managing the Social Services Department, overseeing casework, discharge planning, and collaborating with local agencies to ensure quality, effective care for adults with serious mental illness. Responsibilities include staff supervision, policy development, ensuring compliance with regulations, and participating in strategic planning. Requires a Master’s in Social Work, California LCSW / LMFT / LPCC license, supervisory experience, and knowledge of psychiatric care. The position offers a full-time schedule, a competitive salary ($92,816–$115,000), and benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development. Must be CPR, CPI, and First Aid certified, with ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical demands associated with the role. In-person work required in Placerville, with occasional travel to other facilities.
