Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage the infrastructure for go-to-market systems, ensuring seamless data flow
Create and maintain a CRM and reporting framework to maximize funnel visibility and optimize conversion
Act as a strategic partner to revenue teams, translating business goals into operational plans and actionable insights
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles
Deep familiarity with B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies and sales motions
Proficiency with HubSpot, Outreach, and other relevant tools
Experience with BI tools and automation tools
Strong collaborative skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
