Restaurant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of GM-level leadership in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.Proven track record of managing P&L, budgeting, labor controls, and cost of goods.Strong ability to hire, train, and develop both managers and hourly staff.Excellent guest-service mindset with the ability to resolve challenges quickly and professionally.Skilled in driving operational efficiency in a scratch kitchen atmosphereRestaurant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills
History of improving financial performance, increasing revenue, and maximizing profitability.Experience leading large teams (50+ staff) in high energy buildingHands-on, floor-present leadership style with a focus on accountability and results.Strong community engagement and ability to represent the brand locally.
