We are seeking a Business Development & Sales Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving company growth by identifying, qualifying, and securing new clients and project opportunities, while ensuring excellent service to existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.Prospect and initiate contact with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.Promote Tri-Tech's services through various marketing channels and targeted campaigns.Present tailored solutions to prospective clients based on their needs.Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.Maintain accurate lead and client data in CRM systems.Represent Tri-Tech at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries.Resolve customer inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and uncover growth opportunitiesCollaborate with upper management and SEO provider to improve and enhance company website.Help manage and maintain company proposal / contract templatesAdditional tasks as requested / requiredQualifications
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or related field, preferably in the construction homebuilding industry.Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.B2B sales experience is strongly preferred.Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Basic knowledge of the building and / or development process a plus.High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.Join our team and grow your career with an industry leader committed to excellence in engineering and surveying.
