About The Position

Job Title : CT Technician

Profession : Radiology / Cardiology

Specialty : CT Tech

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day

Hours per Shift : 8 hours (12 : 00 - 20 : 30)

Experience : 2 years as a CT Technician, Toshiba experience required

License : ARRT (R)(CT), CRT, Fluoro, BLS

Certifications : BSL, American Registry of Radiologic Technology (AART)(R)(CT), Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT), California State Fluoroscopy Permit, Venipuncture Certificate

Must-Have :

• Ability to perform CT exams and procedures according to established standards and protocols
• Experience in acute care and trauma settings
• Knowledge of stroke protocol and Coronary CTA

Description :

Perform CT exams and procedures according to established standards and protocols.

May perform other duties as assigned.

Experience with trauma / ER and inpatient / outpatient settings is beneficial.

Along with technical skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills are important for this role.

Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to provide quality patient care.

Adhere to safety and cleanliness standards in the work environment.

Work may include weekends and holidays as needed.

Professional appearance and conduct are expected at all times.
