What You'll Do :

As a CNA at Seneca Manor, you'll be a vital part of our residents' daily lives. Your compassionate care will directly impact their well-being and happiness. Your responsibilities will include :

Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Helping residents with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.

Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' health and well-being to our nursing staff.

Assisting with meal service and ensuring residents receive proper nutrition and hydration.

Providing companionship and a listening ear, building meaningful relationships with our residents.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents.

What We're Looking For :

A valid Pennsylvania CNA certification.

A compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A strong work ethic and a reliable, team-oriented attitude.

The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment.

Prior experience in a senior living or long-term care setting is a plus, but not required. We're happy to mentor the right candidate!
