Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with proven SAP experience. This role supports warehouse operations, dispatching, transportation, and logistics activities. SAP knowledge is mandatory, as the system is complex and requires prior hands-on experience.

Responsibilities :

• Manage customer orders, scheduling, and dispatching using SAP
• Support logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations through accurate system entries
• Provide timely and professional communication with internal teams and external customers
• Assist with problem-solving and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within SAP
