Renewal by Andersen is seeking an accomplished, driven, and collaborative Direct Marketing Associate to enhance our customers' experience in upgrading their homes. Want to join our team?

This position offers uncapped commission plus base pay. Successful candidates can expect to earn over $80,000 on-target earnings (OTE) in the first year . The starting hourly base pay is $22 , depending on experience, education, location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter will provide specific details about the compensation package during the hiring process.

Purpose : This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. The canvasser will record accurate data on prospective customers and market areas. The role includes a base monthly driving incentive with mileage reimbursement.
