  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills\n

  • Deliver patient-centered nursing care to adults in a Med / Surg unit\n
  • Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team\n

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical support staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes\n
  • Accurately document patient care and progress in electronic health records\n
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment\n
