PerunHR is recruiting for Freedom Smile Market - a proven US-based e-commerce company scaling from dropshipping success ($500K+ monthly) to building branded product empires in Health, Beauty, and Pet Wellness.

Active Brands :

  • Pipeline : Mindfulness app + additional branded products

Mission : Scale from $500K to $3M+ monthly revenue with life-changing products that actually impact people's lives.

We need someone who creates experiences that sell health and wellness products - from ad creative to post-purchase flow.

What This Really Is :

You're not a graphic designer or copywriter. You're the strategic creative brain who understands customer psychology for health / wellness buyers and designs the entire journey to maximize conversion and AOV across Wellovia and Mynurovita.

Your Mission :

  • Strategic Creative Direction : Define what we test for our health / wellness brands, why, and what messaging angles to pursue
  • Complete Journey Design : Ad creatives → landing pages → checkout → upsells for supplements and wellness products
  • Team Management : Direct our Filipino funnel builders and designers who execute your vision
  • Conversion Optimization : Every creative decision is measured by CVR and AOV
  • Continuous Iteration : Monitor live performance, identify what's not working, direct fixes

    • What You'll Have :

  • Experienced Filipino VA who executes all technical implementation
  • Funnel builders who bring your designs to life
  • Direct CEO access

    • Who You Are :

    Direct Response Background : You've created ads and funnels that actually sell (preferably health / wellness / supplements)

    Conversion-Focused : You care about results, not awards

    Customer Psychology Expert : You understand what makes health / wellness customers buy

    E-commerce Experience : Worked with DTC brands and subscriptions

    Leadership DNA : You've managed creative teams and own results

    Key Responsibilities :

    Strategic Leadership :

  • Design winning offers for health / wellness customers based on psychology
  • Build subscription conversion funnels for recurring revenue
  • Launch new market expansion with conversion optimization

    • Daily Operations :

  • Monitor real-time metrics across Wellovia and Mynurovita
  • Run systematic A / B tests on product pages and checkout flows
  • Optimize Facebook ad creative for maximum profit conversion

    • Team Management :

  • Hire and manage funnel builders, A / B testers, and conversion specialists
  • Work with COO on execution standards

    • Compensation :

  • Base : $3,000 - $7,000 / month (based on experience)
  • Profit Share : Starts after 8 weeks of proven results
  • Performance bonuses : Tied to actual profit improvements
  • Partnership potential : For exceptional performers

    • Requirements :

  • 3+ years owning conversion / revenue P&L with documented results
  • Experience scaling e-commerce brands from $500K to $3M+ monthly
  • Health / wellness / supplement e-commerce background preferred
  • Managed 5+ person execution teams (builders, testers, creators)
