Advance your RN career as Nurse Manager of ICU in a respected acute care hospital serving the Destin and Ft. Walton Beach, FL areas. You will oversee the ICU and guide a team of Nurses in delivering exceptional patient outcomes!! Willing to consider Charge RN experience but must be within a Critical Care area.

Position : RN Nurse Manager of ICU

Shift : Full-Time | Mixed (Rotation will be days and nights. Weekend coverage to be worked out with team)

Job Summary :

The Manager ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit / department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies / procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.
