Responsibilities
- Designing engines by using SolidWorks.
- Prepare assembly & part level drawing for production, prepare nesting files.
- Perform quality checks; Gather historical data , analyze fordesign updates.
- Mold flow analysis, maintain project database.
- Responsible formaking modeling & detailing of different types of casting, forging, sheetmetal components of engine assembly.
- Work with engine cross functional team,component validation, proto test, noise test, engine tests, fuel consumption testand component release process.
- Work on concept design, cost optimization, largeassembly, create manufacturing drawing.
- Create 3D CAD models .
Qualifications
Reqd : MS in Mechanical Eng +1 yr of exp or BSin Mech Eng +5 yrs of exp.
