This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Pharmacy Technician seeking a contract role in a long-term care and mail order pharmacy environment. The position offers a 2nd shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 2 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM, with rotation every other weekend, providing a structured yet dynamic workweek.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately for long-term care and mail order pharmacy settings.
• Verify prescription information in compliance with pharmacy protocols.
• Collaborate closely with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate records and manage inventory effectively.

Qualifications :

Valid Georgia Pharmacy Technician License is required.

Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician in a pharmacy setting.

Knowledge of long-term care and mail order pharmacy operations is highly advantageous.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently during the 2nd shift.
