Sales Manager

From vehicle wraps and illuminated signs to ADA-compliant wayfinding systems and branded fence graphics, we specialize in visual communication that moves the needle.
We're looking for a Sales Manager who can lead our sales team with discipline, clarity, and focus. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment, understands B2B sales, and can translate strategy into daily execution.
What You'll Be Responsible For :
- Leading, coaching, and holding accountable a small inside and outside sales team
- Reviewing KPIs and CRM data to spot trends, improve conversion rates, and forecast sales
- Owning the sales pipeline from lead gen to closedeveloping systems, scripts, and cadence plans
- Collaborating with marketing and production teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
- Recruiting and onboarding new sales talent as we grow
- Staying close to key accounts and stepping in to close strategic deals when needed
What We're Looking For :
3+ years of sales leadership experience (bonus if in signage, printing, or construction trades)Confident leader with a coach-and-commander mindsetStrong CRM and reporting skills (Zoho CRM experience a plus)Excellent communicator who leads by exampleProven ability to create repeatable sales processes and scale resultsA get-it-done mentalitywithout dropping the detailsWhat We Offer :
