Key Responsibilities

Build and lead a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of analytical rigor and business impact

Drive product strategy by translating product roadmaps into analytics and data science agendas

Oversee the development of patient cost estimation models and manage analytics for Revenue Cycle Management

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in data, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role

Experience in health tech, particularly with Revenue Cycle Management or claims data, is preferred

Proven track record of applying analytics to complex business problems
