Were seeking an Inside Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, youll be a key player in building our brand, capturing leads, converting sales, and supporting customers at Merit3D, a leader in high-speed 3D printing.
What You'll Do
Marketing Responsibilities (25% of time) :
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web.
- Grow our presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate with outside vendors and creative partners for paid ads, video, and content creation.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
- Evaluate and improve our website, ensuring it supports lead capture and SEO goals.
- Manage and optimize marketing tools such as Zoho, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Develop marketing calendars, budgets, and lead-generation strategies that align with business objectives.
Inside Sales Responsibilities (75% of time) :
Act as the first point of contact for inbound customer inquiriesphone, email, and social media.Understand and communicate product features, applications, and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.Qualify inbound leads from digital campaigns, trade shows, and outreach efforts.Accurately process and follow up on orders, payments, and warranty-related needs.Keep meticulous records of customer interactions using CRM tools.Collaborate with technical, production, and fulfillment teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.What You'll Bring
13 years of experience in marketing, inside sales, or a hybrid customer-facing role (B2B experience preferred)Strong writing, editing, and communication skillsKnowledge of digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and basic SEO / SEMFamiliarity with tools such as WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, or Facebook / Google AdsProficiency in CRM management software such as Zoho or SalesforceStrong organizational skills and attention to detailA creative mindset and desire to learn and growMust be able to work on-site in Price, UtahWhat We Offer
