Principal Software Engineer

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer to join their team in Poland.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and lead the implementation of new features and solutions for RHOAI

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration within the software development lifecycle

Mentor and coach a distributed team of engineers while ensuring product quality through testing and CI / CD practices

Required Qualifications

Advanced experience developing applications in React, Typescript, and JavaScript

Experience with building Agents, MCP Servers, RAG, and / or document ingestion

Advanced experience with modern CSS frameworks and testing frameworks such as Cypress or Jest

Proven record of mentoring junior developers and leading feature development

Experience with agile development and open source projects
