    • PATIENT INFORMATION

  • Patient Census : 13 / day (Main); 13 / day (Catskills)

    • FACILITY INFORMATION

    Main Campus Staffing Model

  • Physicians : 11 day, 1 swing, 2 night
  • APPs : 4 day, 2 night

    • Catskills Staffing Model

  • Physicians : 2 day, 1 night
  • EMR System : Epic (in-person training required)
  • Reason for Coverage : Supplemental Coverage

    • PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

  • Hospital Privileges Required : Yes
  • Credentialing Timeline : 90 days (Epic training tied to credentialing schedule)
  • Onboarding Requirements : CV, SS Card, Driver s License, NY Infection Control Certificate, ACLS (for NPs; and for physicians requesting moderate sedation), diplomas, CME (past 2 yrs), case logs (past 2 yrs), titers (MMR, Hep B, Varicella), flu shot, PPD, physical, NY medical license, NY DEA, photo, N95 fit test, malpractice / COI documentation, gap explanations, NPDB self-query.

    • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Licenses : Active NY Medical License, DEA (NY address)
  • Board : ABEM, AOBEM, ABFM, ABIM (must be boarded within 5 years of residency completion)
  • Certifications : ACLS (for NPs; and for physicians requesting moderate sedation), PALS (only for Pediatric Hospitalist)
