Job Title : Physical Therapist Assistant Occupational Therapy Assistant (PTA / COTA) - Home-Based Outpatient (Valley Wide)

Location : Phoenix, AZ (Entire Metro Area)

Join our innovative home-based outpatient physical therapy practice serving the Phoenix metro area! Were seeking dedicated Physical Therapist Assistants and Occupational Assistants (PTAs and COTAs) to support patient care in a flexible, high-paying role. Unlike Home Health, youll schedule patients at your convenience, enjoying autonomy and work-life balance. With opportunities throughout Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, and surrounding areas, youll earn $60 per visit among the highest-paying outpatient PTA positions in the region.

    • Responsibilities :

  • Assist Physical Therapists with in-home outpatient treatments.
  • Implement treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
  • Document progress and communicate effectively with patients and PTs.

    • Requirements :

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or COTA in Arizona (or eligible).
  • Minimum 1 year of outpatient or home health related experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation for travel within the Phoenix metro area.
  • Strong teamwork and patient care skills.
