Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Professional communication and customer service approach. Valid driver’s license with a clean record. What You’ll Do
- Perform inspections, repairs, and startups on commercial / industrial HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues quickly and accurately.
- Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and wiring when required.
- Deliver detailed service reports and maintain clear communication with clients.
- Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency improvements.
- Supervise HVAC maintenance techs to ensure proper maintenance, documentation processes are followed.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service as needed.
