We are hosting an in-person job fair from October 21-23rd, sign up for a time slot via this link- https : / / calendly.com / bbersano / 30min or feel free to stop by during these days / times at Campiello Naples in the Clubroom :

Tuesday, October 21st :

  • 11am-3pm

Wednesday, October 22nd :

  • 3pm-6pm
  • Thursday, October 23rd :

  • 10am-2pm

We feature a 30 seat Craft Cocktail Bar and live entertainment.

    This position is responsible to provide courteous and efficient food and beverage service to guests at The Continental in accordance with The Continental standards. This position is the direct contact and face of The Continental with guests.

    Quality Service to the Guest

  • Displays genuine concern about the guest’s satisfaction with the entire dining experience and makes every effort to achieve that priority.
  • Serves food and beverages according to the restaurant service standards and procedures.
  • At station whenever possible, ready to attend to guests wants and needs.
  • Works as a team member for the betterment of the entire restaurant; treating others with respect.
  • Job / Product Knowledge

  • Possess excellent menu knowledge; is able to respond to questions regarding ingredients and preparation. Uses tools provided to continually enhance the food and beverage knowledge and adapt to changing menus.
  • Possess good understanding of all beverage menus. Can suggest aperitifs, cordials and wines to compliment food and can answer wine questions about varieties and regions of all glass pours.
  • Sets and maintains table to specifications and maintains services areas as directed by supervisor.
  • Follows all required closing procedures.
  • Able to learn computer point of sales system and manage guest check with integrity and accuracy and follows proper cash handling procedures.
  • Is always ready to help run food or assist others when able and prioritizes tasks efficiently.
  • Attend training and follow all laws and Company policies and procedures regarding the safe service of alcohol.
