We have an excellent opportunity available for a Hospital Clinical Pharmacist to join an Award-winning hospital facility located in the state of Illinois. This is a day shift schedule. Interested candidates should have their bachelor's degree in pharmacy or PharmD. Inpatient Hospital experience is desired.

$20K Sign-on is being offered!

Responsibilities of the Pharmacist :

  • Reviews orders / prescriptions for clarity
  • Provides concise, accurate, relevant, and timely drug information to physicians, nurses, other health care professionals, patients, and families
  • Initiates and documents clinical interventions
  • Assists in the training of new staff members and the continued training of other staff members.
  • Pharmacists may be assigned responsibilities in special function areas of the department, including (but not limited to) home infusion, critical care, manufacturing, and ambulatory care.
