INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER The Instructional Designer is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing and evaluating learning to improve organizational effectiveness using a variety of tools and techniques.

This position will create learning that addresses organizational performance Principal Duties and Accountabilities :

• Perform learning needs analysis and suggest instructional approach; estimate timeline and resources.
• Design and develop custom in-house learning content utilizing innovative adult learning theory principles, integrating objective / evaluated-based interactive components and activities for all formats to enhance application, retention, and skill development.
• Manage multiple design projects using project management tools and methodologies.
• Research and implement new and emerging technologies or processes to evolve learning offerings.
• Review and update learning content based on changing needs of the organization.
• Manage, create, and update eLearning content on all online learning platforms, including a Learning Management System and the company intranet.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions for business impact and scalability.
• Support Talent Development and HR strategies by actively serving on additional project teams and providing project management support.
• Participate in team brainstorming and strategy meetings to help define goals and direction.
