Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities :
Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chatGenerate sales leads when possibleHandle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documentsAdditional Requirements :
