Apply today!\n\nResponsibilities of Wound Care Nurse / RN (WCC, WOCN) : \n\nProvide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization and the state of Missouri.\n
• Complete wound treatments for residents in skilled nursing facility.\n
• Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate resident condition.\n
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.\n
• Coordinate with wound care providers, oversee nursing staff wound treatments.\n
• Provide resident specific education to CNAs and nurses for wound care and prevention.\n\nWound Care Nurse / RN (WCC, WOCN) duties include medication administration, documentation, overseeing residents' care, and implementation of schedules for residents.\n\nYou'll be great to join our Wound Care team because you have...\n
• Some wound care experience preferred.\n
• Certification preferred but not required.\n
