Where will this role work?

This role will serve our brand new, luxury O2 Apartments (240 market rate units) in Downtown Minneapolis!

Core Business hours :

This is a full-time position. Core hours will be Wednesday - Sunday from 4 PM - 12 AM (midnight).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Ensure customer needs are met; provide directions, suggestions for restaurants, post on active building local
• events occurring.
• Assist with welcome packet creation / move-in gift tailored to site marketing and branding.
• Lead resident event coordination, planning and execution.
• Patrol and manage property esthetics both interior and exterior.
• Attend networking relevant function opportunities.
• Survey current residents and prospects for desired services
• Assist with resident retention program development.
• Promote active resident engagement within the assigned community.
• Maintains customer service and excellent relations with residents, resident cooperatives, commercial tenants,
• outside agencies or vendors and organizations.
• Works on the last day and first day of each month until responsibilities completed; some overtime may be
• required.
• Assists with leasing duties by making appointments, showing apartments, screening applicants, and application
• process.
• Other tasks & duties as assigned based on business needs.

Benefits :

Pay Range : $17-22 / hour + commission / bonus eligibility. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position; including experience, skills, and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
