Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team to achieve program goals and deliverables
Manage program financials, including budget creation, forecasting, and variance tracking
Act as a primary liaison for clients, ensuring timely issue resolution and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience
Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and revenue forecasting
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data-driven reporting
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
