Student is currently enrolled in a Post-Master's Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing certificate program The student is a long time Intensive Care Unit nurse and working professional Student is not a chore to be around - attentive and on time. Respectful and well liked by other preceptors (references available upon request)
Role Description
Seeking a PMHNP preceptor / clinical placement in Louisiana - Lafayette, New Iberia, Abbeville or surrounding areas preferred.
This job posting is not with a preceptor placement service - The PMHNP Preceptor will let a single master's student follow you during your job as a professional PMHNP.
The PMHNP Preceptor will mentor and guide, provide minimal clinical supervision, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols. Day-to-day tasks include offering evaluative feedback, facilitating learning, and supporting the professional development of student in psychiatric mental health settings.
Qualifications for Preceptor :
- Accredited and Practicing PMHNP
- Advanced Practice Registered Nursing (APRN) certification
ABOUT the student :
You will be paid $400 for precepting student for the semester. Pay is negotiable.
