The RN supervises and directs assigned nursing staff, collaborates with interdisciplinary teams, and ensures safe, high-quality patient care using sound clinical judgment and critical thinking.\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the telemetry unit.\n
• Monitor, assess, and document patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms.\n
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.\n
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare team members.\n
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and other assigned staff.\n
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulations.\n\nRequirements\n

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred\n
• Experience : \n
• Prior acute care experience – Preferred\n
• Licenses / Certifications : \n
• Active RN license in the state of California – Required\n
