We are seeking a driven sales hunter to expand our Augmented IT Staffing and become a key team member in sales / marketing growth.
Responsibilities
- Hunt new business : Close 1-2 placements per month ($100K+ ARR each) from Relocation leads and Top-50 prospects.
- Manage accounts : Achieve 90%+ renewal, upsell staffing (helpdesk / installations).
- Drive results : 70% prospecting (20 weekly touches), 20% retention, 10% admin (Salesforce logging, EOS Level 10 prep).
What You Bring
2-5 years IT staffing sales experience (prefer large firm like Robert Half, seeking faster growth).Proven hunter : 100%+ quota attainment, 50%+ new business from cold leads, margin optimization.Values fit : Honesty, Respect, Curiosity, Reliability—obsessed with client success.Presentation : Tech-savvy communicator for Gen Z / millennial decision-makers.Ambition : Understands long-term role in expanding sales / marketing, with equity potential.Why Join Us
