Chief Architect Lead

A company is looking for a Chief Architect Lead to oversee the technical design and integration of a Department of Defense enterprise modernization initiative.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, documentation, and maintenance of the enterprise architecture baseline and integration standards

Translate functional and operational requirements into architecture designs that align with DoD policies

Oversee technical design reviews and manage the Architecture Framework for data exchange and application integration

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field

Minimum 7 years of experience in enterprise architecture design or solution architecture for large-scale federal or defense programs

Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks (DoDAF, TOGAF, or equivalent)

Experience with cloud-based architectures and microservices design patterns

Must hold an active Secret clearance
