If you are a compassionate RN looking to lead a dedicated team in an outpatient dialysis center, we want you! With immediate openings available, you can make a significant impact on the lives of patients dealing with chronic kidney disease.

What You'll Do

Coordinate ESRD patient care and services, ensuring safety and comfort.
Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs for effective care delivery.
Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families in an intimate setting.
Work collaboratively with a small interdisciplinary team of clinicians.
Manage patient observations, vital signs, and treatment plans.

What You'll Bring

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.

At least 18 months of registered nursing experience.

Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval preferred.

Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg is a plus.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required.

Salary, Shifts & Location

Compensation is competitive and based on qualifications and experience. This role requires a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You may also float to various clinics during training.
