Estimator (Davie)

The Estimator is responsible for the preparation of complete and accurate estimates for each phase of the projects design. This position works with clients, architects / engineers, and subcontractors / suppliers to plan cost factors for building projects. This position analyzes construction documents, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for projects.
