Schedule : Mon-Fri 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Clinic or OR

Job Setting : Ambulatory Clinic, OR, Hospital

Types of Cases : Adults only - no Peds

Credentialing : Start within 90 days

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

Board Certified / Board Eligible : Urology

Certifications : ACLS, BLS, CSR License

Licensure : Illinois (will only consider fully licensed or IMLC-in-hand candidates)
