Associate Attorney – Personal Injury & Employment Law (0–3 Years)

San Diego Injury Law Center is a fast-growing personal injury and employment law firm dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals throughout California. We provide a collaborative environment where new attorneys can gain meaningful, hands-on litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload from intake through resolution.
• Take and defend depositions, draft discovery, and participate in hearings.
• Second-chair trials and assist senior attorneys in all phases of litigation.
• Work directly with clients to deliver exceptional service and results.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar License.
• 0–3 years of litigation experience (personal injury or employment law preferred).
• Strong oral advocacy, case management, legal research, and communication skills.
