Role Overview

The Senior Partner Enablement Specialist is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing enablement programs that empower Kepwares global partner ecosystem. This role bridges Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partners are equipped with the tools, training, and resources needed to drive revenue and customer success. It is both strategic and operational, focused on scaling partner impact through structured enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Enablement Strategy & Execution

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive partner enablement framework aligned with Kepwares GTM strategy.
• Create onboarding programs, training paths, and certification tracks for new and existing partners.
• Curate and distribute enablement content including playbooks, product updates, and competitive positioning.
• Monitor partner engagement and performance to refine enablement efforts.
