About Us

Monolith Commercial Group is a Georgia-based General Contractor with over 25 years of experience specializing in hotel and lodging construction and renovation. We are growing and looking for a Project Manager to join our Georgia operations team.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations of hospitality construction and renovation projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project deliveries
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and client expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams, architects, engineers, and clients
• Utilize construction management tools for documentation and job cost reporting
• Provide clear communication throughout all phases of the project

Qualifications

✅ 3–5 years of commercial renovation construction project management experience

✅ Proficiency in Procore, Excel, AIA contracts, job cost reporting, and scheduling tools

✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills

✅ Detail-focused with strong time management abilities

✅ Must reside permanently in Georgia

✅ Able to work primarily from our Alpharetta, GA office, with some remote flexibility
