Supply Center Specialist
The Supply Center Specialist is responsible for the on-site product inventory maintenance and optimization of the Supply Center while supporting eBusiness initiatives. Working part-time from Monday to Friday, 9am-2pm, the role involves close collaboration to enhance inventory and customer experience within the onsite stocking programs, ensuring the continued growth of Supply Centers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory and storage units by receiving deliveries, unpacking stock, restocking, cleaning, and performing physical inventory.
- Order inventory using SCMS or manual systems, compile lists of depleted items, and place restocking orders.
- Rotate inventory to ensure first-in, first-out usage and minimize product expirations.
- Ensure the proper mix of products in the Supply Center to meet evolving customer needs.
- Maintain merchandising and branding standards to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Seek feedback and identify opportunities to enhance business relationships both internally and externally.
- Maintain corporate-approved labeling, signage, and promotional materials.
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage spot orders, updating inventory and maintaining customer lists and records.
- Provide customer and competitive intelligence to the Supply Center and sales account teams.
- Determine customer inventory requirements in consultation with the Supply Center team and sales account manager.
- Support eBusiness initiatives by leveraging account-specific knowledge and enhancing key account relationships.
- Implement and assist with product shows, seminars, on-site promotions, and other promotional events.
- Communicate ideas for ongoing inventory management efficiency.
- Complete all required training and perform additional duties as needed, including training new hires.
Essential Skills

Work Environment
Work hours are aligned with normal business hours to match delivery and customer availability. The role may require lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Safety with chemicals and hazardous materials is paramount.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00 / hr.
