Privacy Counsel

A company is looking for a Sr. Counsel - Privacy.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement risk-based strategies in partnership with internal teams

Evaluate and report on privacy-related legislative and regulatory developments

Design and evolve global privacy compliance programs and strategies

Required Qualifications

J.D. degree and membership in a state bar with good standing (or foreign equivalent)

8+ years of relevant legal experience

Experience as in-house counsel

Substantial experience advising on global privacy issues

Background working with regulators and responding to regulatory inquiries
