Salary : $110,000 - $130,000 per year

A bit about us :

A mid-sized law firm is seeking a motivated Corporate / Transactional Attorney with 3–5 years of lateral experience to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse mix of sophisticated matters including general corporate law, contracts, and M&A transactions.
