Pet Food Express is seeking Warehouse Associates that are team players and have a positive attitude to join our new 197,000 sq ft. Distribution Center in Oakley, CA.

Warehouse Associates ensure stores have the right inventory at the right time. Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor, our Associates are responsible for helping maintain warehouse operations including : organization, counting, stocking, picking and pulling store orders and ticketing of incoming merchandise. This role provides support to all areas of the Distribution Center, driving results through effective communication and a demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member. This role may be assigned to Inbound (Receiving), Outbound (Distribution), Replenishment or other teams within the Distribution Center.

Schedule : Monday - Friday 7am - 3 : 30pm.

The salary range for this position is expected to be $19.00 / hr. Pet Food Express determines starting salary based on many factors, including but not limited to, local market rate, the qualified pool of candidates, internal compensation practices, a candidate’s actual skills and experience.

This is a non-exempt, temporary FT position. Initial hire will be through a 3rd party agency. This position may become permanent, be extended, or be cancelled at any time. Employees will be evaluated at or around minimum 30 days of employment to determine eligibility for conversion to a FT permanent position with Pet Food Express.
