HASTINGS is seeking a qualified receptionist / administrative assistant to join our creative and energetic team. Ideal candidates have excellent people skills, attention to detail, and are effective communicators. Successful candidates are energetic, team-focused, and hospitality-driven, with a can-do attitude.

The Role :

• Greeting & welcoming visitors, in person and on the telephone
• Directing calls via the phone system
• Making coffee + ordering and restocking kitchen and office supplies
• Assist with set-up / clean-up of client and guest meetings
• Answering inquiries and referring to appropriate staff
• General administrative support
• CRM updates and reports as needed
