Clinical Liaison / Account Executive

The Clinical Liaison / Account Executive (LPN / RN) is responsible for driving business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, including assisted living facilities (ALFs), skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), hospitals, physician groups, and other community partners throughout Southern New Hampshire. This role combines clinical expertise with business development to assess potential clients' needs and connect them with appropriate non-skilled home care services. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent the company professionally in the healthcare community.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Business Development & Referral Management

• Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key referral sources (ALFs, SNFs, hospitals, physicians, case managers, social workers, etc.).
• Conduct regular visits, presentations, and educational sessions to referral partners to promote company services.
• Attend networking events, health fairs, and community outreach programs to increase brand awareness.
• Track and report on referral trends, market opportunities, and competitive activity.
