Shift : 5x8s Days with rotating weekends, on-call, and floating as needed

Job Description :

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Home Health RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Fayetteville, WV. In this role, youll provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, working with a supportive team and flexible schedule. Locals and travelers both accepted.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform SOC, ROC, Recert, and Discharge visits

Provide patient-centered nursing care in the home setting

Document all care and communication using Homecare Homebase (HCHB)

Educate patients and caregivers on disease processes and treatments

Participate in rotating weekend, on-call, and float assignments

Qualifications :

Active WV RN license (or compact)

Minimum 2 years of home health nursing experience

Proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB)

Current AHA BLS certification

Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and current car insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
