• 10-hour shifts with mix of day, evening, and night coverage
• 24,000 annual ED visits 3.08 patients per hour during double coverage
• Triple coverage during day shifts single coverage 2 am - 6 am
• 14-bed ICU with hospitalist coverage for ICU patients
• ATLS, PALS, and ACLS certifications required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
