Job Summary
The Equipment Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment on a construction jobsite in a safe manner. The Equipment Operator must complete prestart checks, assist with fluid checks, securing the equipment, cleaning, and other duties as directed by the Foreman or Superintendent.

Climb ladder 8-10 feet to access equipment operating stationKeep equipment moving along specified path to ensure equipment is processing material to required specificationsRemove excess built up material at the end of shift using a scrapper and shovel, periodically the Equipment Operator may need to use jack or chipping hammersJob Requirements and Education
Over 18 years of ageEligible to work in the United StatesValid driver's license and reliable transportationComplete and pass pre-employment testing, including a drug screen and physicalHigh school education or GED equivalentPreferred Experience
At least six months experience operating equipment listed above.
