Valiant Search is working with a well-established law firm in Rochester, NY to find a skilled

• Civil Litigation Attorney

• What You’ll Be Doing
• Handling a variety of civil litigation matters, including commercial disputes, torts, and contract issues
• Managing cases from start to finish — from intake and strategy to resolution
• Drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial
• Representing clients in court and negotiating settlements
• Building strong relationships with clients and contributing to the firm’s growth
• What We’re Looking For
• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice in New York State and in good standing
• 3–5 years of experience in civil litigation
• Strong courtroom presence and excellent writing and negotiation skills
• A team player who can also work independently
• A portable book of business is a plus, but not required
• Compensation
• Competitive base salary : $125,000-160,000, depending on experience and client base
